Bowen Therapy is a holistic treatment developed in Australia by Tom Bowen. It focuses on fascia—the connective tissue under your skin—as well as muscles, tendons, and your nervous system.
It uses light, rolling movements over key areas of the body. These movements signal your body to begin healing on its own.
Bowen Therapy supports your body’s self-healing systems in several ways.
Many clients turn to Bowen Therapy for a wide range of concerns—both physical and emotional.
Your comfort and relaxation come first. Each session is designed to let your body reset at its own pace.
Peace River Bowen Therapy offers personalized care in a peaceful setting.
Each Bowen Therapy session lasts about an hour, though some may take up to two hours depending on how your body responds.
